Slice 1 loaf of Sourdough Bread into 1/2-inch slices, then toast until golden brown.
Slice avocado and place on top of toasted bread slices. Next chop mangos and place on top of avocado slices.
Lastly add Gayo Azul® Queso Blanco crumbles on top and finish with chopped cilantro, lime juice and a hot sauce drizzle to taste.
